In the Kitchen: Rainbow Smoothie


I LOVE drinking shakes as a morning meal. It gives you a natural burst of energy and tastes delicious but is all natural and healthy. The best part about smoothies is that they are completely versatile so this recipe can be switched around a million different ways until you find a fruit and veggie combo you love

I n g r e d i e n t s
  • 1/4 cup liquid (water, coconut water, pineapple juice, anything you prefer!)
  • 2-3 mint leaves 
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 6 pieces of frozen mango
  • 3 slices cucumbers
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 slices of beets
  • 1 banana

Start with the water and slowly add the rest of the ingredients. Take time to make sure it is blended thoroughly before adding in the next ingredient. Enjoy!
